• We must carry worker’s compensation insurance and our company has been in business for a minimum of 5 years.
• Ethical Conduct and Customer-Focused
• We agree to abide by a code of ethics that covers compliance with applicable laws, standards of workmanship, customer service, and business administration. We also must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or higher on a 5-point scale.
• Up-to-date and Ongoing Credential Requirements
• We maintain our CertainTeed credential by completing ongoing requirements and keeping things like our insurance up-to-date.

Being a SELECT ShingleMaster certified company means we can offer CertainTeed’s strongest warranty. Only ShingleMasters are authorized to offer SureStart Plus 5 coverage. This means our workmanship is guaranteed for 25 years when you select this option. We will periodically conduct roof inspections to make sure these standards are met. If a defect arises during this coverage period, CertainTeed protects you with non-prorated payment for the following repairs:

• Materials and labor costs
• Roof tear-off expenses
• Disposal expenses
• Repair or replacement of any defects in the SELECT ShingleMaster’s workmanship
