He walked my roof after an intense rainstorm and noticed damage that only a trained eye could detect. The entire insurance claim process was effortless and because of Seth I had an extraordinary experience going through insurance for repair/replacement. Seth’s crew was on time, professional and worked their tails off from start to finish. I am grateful I found Paramount Roofing, but I’m even more grateful that Seth came to my rescue. From the day the proposal was presented in details with clarification and explanation, PBI staffs were patient and courteous. Upon signing the contract, roofing materials were ordered and delivered promptly and a schedule for installation was provided and followed. PBI did a clean and swift installation then followed by an inspection and minor adjustments. Furthermore, PBI contract includes adequate warranty for labor and materials.
