Everything went so smoothly! Don came to the house to give us a quote and was very pleasant to chat with, Tony handled the logistics and got us scheduled even earlier than planned, then Phil handled supervising the job itself and came to check the work a couple days later. Everything looks great and the crew was very quick. I left for work one morning and by the time I came home, I had a brand new roof with a stellar cleanup job. No complaints!

Me and my husband decided to go with Paramount Roofing for our new roof. Everyone there was so friendly from us calling to schedule a roof inspection. I can’t remember the lady I spoke to but she was very friendly. Jimmy our sales representative came out to our home inspected our roof took pictures and came inside to give us our free quote the same day. Jimmy was phenomenal gave us great information and explained to us the different shingles as well as the materials they use as well as the warranty, etc. We decided to go with Paramount and our roof was installed about two weeks later. The crew that came out was very respectful of our property moved things out-of-the-way and put everything back when they left. You couldn’t even tell if they were there. I want to give a special, thank you to Scott our project manager. He was amazing told us we could call him if we needed anything. We had gutters that were leaning a little bit more than usual. Scott went out of his way to fix the gutters in the front and did not complain one time. Scott answered all our questions he also was veryknowledgeable. If you are looking to have a new roof installed or repair, I would suggest Paramount Roofing. Their customer service is impeccable. Their representatives are very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend. They also are doing some siding repair on my home soon and I just know it’s going to look amazing as well!

We had hired ‘Paramount Roofing’ company to do a complete roof replacement. From start to finish the customer service and communication was exceptional. They were willing to be flexible with us and answered all our questions.The day before installation, all the supplies were delivered. The install guys arrived on time the next morning. We could see the quality of their work was very good.The only ‘downside’ in this experience, was we could not communicate with the crew because of the language barrier between us. It was frustrating because we couldn’t express a concern about something or ask a question. The next work day the project manager checked out the work and saw the job was done and done well. Paramount Roofing is a top-notch company in every respect. From our salesperson, Don, to the project manager, Phil, to the team leader and all of the crew, this company has the highest standards of excellence and commitment to customer service and satisfaction. We talked with five different companies before deciding on Paramount, and the decision came down to process. Paramount was the only company that came out to the house and did a complete inspection and walkthrough before sitting down with us and explaining our options. Every other company that we contacted wanted to give us a price over the phone before even seeing the job. Drones are useful, but they can only deliver limited information so clearly the 'phone price' was just a starting point.My husband and I could not be happier with the product, the price, and the experience.
