My wife and I were originally set on moving forward with a different roofing company until we received a recommendation from someone we met at our voting precinct. He couldn’t speak highly enough about Paramount Roofing, so we decided to reach out for a quote. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the salesperson who came out to assess our roof and provide a detailed estimate. Not only was their quote very competitive, but they also offered a far superior shingle product compared to the three other companies we had received quotes from. On top of that, Paramount provided a transferable warranty, which was an added bonus. Even though we signed the contract late in the roofing season, Paramount went above and beyond by sending a team out to address several issues with our existing roof, ensuring it would get us through the harsh Michigan winter – at no extra charge. After winter passed, Christina from the Paramount office (she's awesome, by the way!) reached out to schedule our installation. This is when Scott, one of Paramount's Program Managers, became involved. We can’t say enough about Scott's professionalism and friendly demeanor. He stayed in regular contact with us, ensuring every detail was covered. The roofing crew was top-notch. They arrived at 6:30 AM and completed the job by the end of the day. You wouldn’t have known they were even there, except for the stunning new roof they left behind. Everything was spotless, and the quality of work was outstanding. We are thoroughly impressed with Paramount Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!

We had such a GREAT experience! We live in downtown Romeo and its important to us to keep our business local. How refreshing it is to be able to work with a company that is honest and hard working. This winter caused damage to our roof trim which exposed the old wood frame. We also wanted to have gutter guards installed. I was so impressed with the office staff and my consultation with Jimmy and his honesty about my needed repair. When the team arrived yesterday to start my project I was greeted kindly from Joe and Dan and they walked me around the house to discuss what will be getting done and the condition of the roof for the repair...It made me so happy that they were truthful that the exposed wood was in good shape and they will not have to replace the wood. Those two worked so efficiently! They went above and beyond and cleaned all my cutters (including some hard build up) before installing the gutter guards! They did a great job and I truly enjoyed having them there. I felt like they were family! My house is repaired and looks great! Thank you Paramount for being such a great business we can trust in our community.

From the first call, to our sales rep, project manager and our crew, the experience of a new roof starting at 7am completely cleaned and finished by 3 pm, it couldn't have gone better. The extra care with my 95 year old Mother's requests for paperwork. You did it all. It was like working with family. The flags out front are better than signs.

What a great company. I had ice dams with leaking in the house..made a special effort to be here the next day. Dan and Joe made great suggestions as what to do to prevent future occurances. They suggested to actually not to anything at the moment but address in the Spring. Was fully expecting to pay for a service call...but they offer free estimates. Will definitely hire them for prevention and will use when our roof needs to be replaced ( 1-2 years) Thank you so so much!!!

Paramount did a great job on my roof. The entire team was very courteous and professional. Scott Laske the project manager was communicative and made sure everything was done timely and correctly. The roofing crew were very hard workers. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were done. The crew’s leader, Obed, was very communicative and made sure I was satisfied with everything as the work progressed.

This is the second time I used Paramount Roofing in the last two years due to a tree falling on our house. Both times were great! Had the job done in one day with no complications. We hired Paramount Roofing company for our complete roof replacement and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Scott, our project manager was very professional. He came out to the house and did a final inspection of the job, going over everything with us and then getting on top of the roof and taking pictures of the completed work and then sending them to us. Jimmy who sold us on the company in the first place due to his knowledge and ability to explain all the materials they use and the venting process. We had a lot of questions and he had a lot of patience! He also stopped by during the installation to check on the crew and bought them food. Tony kept us in the loop at all times. We were scheduled during a very rainy week and our date had to be rescheduled due to weather but Tony was on top of it and we were rescheduled quickly. The crew! What a great bunch of guys. Very skillful and courteous to us, our home, yard and surroundings. Tracey, who was very pleasant when answering the phone and took time to explain some questions I had. Paramount Roofing is a very well organized company that I would hire again and would recommend.

After a slow start, the service was very good. The work done was exceptional. Nick did an awesome job keeping me in the loop.

I've needed roofs on other houses I've owned, and was dreading the whole process of replacing the roof on my current house. However, from the sales consult, to scheduling, installation, review, etc., it was a positive experience throughout. In my initial call with Christina, she was excited about my project, and got me an appointment set quickly and easily. In our initial consult, I felt that Anthony was honest, straight forward, and didn't waste my time or use any deceptive or annoying sales tactics that I've experienced with other companies. Our Project manager Scott was over multiple times, for an initial review, on installation day, and a post install review. He answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns going into the project, and expertly answered all of my followup questions post install. I even received photos of all work completed in various stages of the install, so I know how all the work was done. I also took a time lapse GoPro video of installation day, which was really cool to watch. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Thanks Nick for you and your crew coming and doing total roof replacement. Beautiful job and you never know you were there. No mess left behind and a brand new roof!! Paramount does good work.

Our entire experience with Paramount Roofing was exceptional. We initially worked with Seth after we had damage to our roof from a storm. He came out quickly to assess the damage and made the process of dealing with the insurance company very easy. Seth kept me updated on the process and time-line of the job and was always quick to get back to me and answer our questions. Paramount was incredibly efficient once the job was started. Nick was our assigned project manager and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can't say enough of how impressed I am with Paramount Roofing. It was such a smooth process from start to finish. I was very impressed. The crew was at the house at 7am and done by 3pm same day. I didn't know a roof can get done that fast. The roof looks great! They went above and beyond my expectations. Seth, Nicholas, and Philip were great to work with. They're communication and customer service was great. Definitely going to be recommending Paramount roofing to friends and family.

Everyone I worked with and met with in this company especially Hunter and Nick were all very friendly and professional. Everyone was willing to answer any concerns I had and made sure that I was satisfied with their job. I was pleased with my roof and their attention to all details both large and small. They were extremely thorough with the cleanup and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They are good people.
