We had obtained several roof quotes, but none could perform all work required before winter. Wanted to include add attic insulation as well as roof deck replacement along with soffit ventilation. We had older roof with poor insulation. On Sunday Radio Home improvement, Eric of Paramount discussed their approach to do all these tasks during reroofing in the same day! After receiving two types of estimates including attic insulation then separate roof replacement. Costs were skyrocketing. Knowing decking replacement work unknown, We then set up Parmount Roofing visit to evaluate, Don Cleland Sales performed through attic/roof & deck evaluation. We included Owner Scope to include known issues; new skylight, ventilation, attic blown insulation, decking removal/replacement to allow easier adding of insulation baffles @trusses as well solid decking required. All roof & insulation done at same day! We required many decking sheets, we could then make decision to improve reroofing properly knowing soffit ventilation was the extra item included in our quote. We recently had the roof on our garage replaced by Paramount. Every person we interacted with, from the initial sales representative, the office team, our project manager to the roofing crew, was fantastic to work with. The roofing crew did a great job with the installation and left a spotless job site. We would not hesitate to tell our friends and family to use Paramount for any roofing project.

Everyone at Paramount was very helpful and great in answering questions. They made dealing with the insurance company easy and non stressful. This is the third roof and gutters that were done for family members. They were great putting the gutter guards on. I very highly recommend them for any roof and gutter work. A big thank you to Aidan, Eric, Dan and all the rest of the people who were involved. If I can rate them, it would be a 12 over 10. Thanks to all of the people.

These guys made this 200 year old home look like a million bucks! New siding, gutters, and fixed a ton of bad wood. Humble, skilled in their trade, fair price (shopped around). You’d be foolish to go any where else.

Paramount Roofing completed a new roof at my house recently. The experience was much better than I expected. Paramount was recommended by another roofing company that doesn’t service my area, – which says a lot. The cost of a new roof is not a small investment. After meeting Matt, I felt confident the company was going to be worth the investment. Communication between the company and myself was constant and informative. On the day of installation, the crew arrived before sunrise. They protected my landscaping and patio furniture. Site foreman Diego and project manager Evan were very easy to work with. As the project progressed, unexpected issues came up and were handled professionally. It took a solid day to complete my project. The cleanup was amazing. I have two large dogs, and I am confident they can run the yard without worrying about stray nails. It was after dark and men were in the yard with flashlights collecting debris! The final product looks terrific. Its hard to explain how excited and relived I am to have a new roof and the relationship with Paramount! Thank you, Matt, Diego, Evan, Andrew, Melissa, and Eric!

The quality of the work performed by Nick’s crew, who installed our new roof, was superb. They worked tirelessly in seamless harmony into the evening until the job was completed and the cleanup was finished. Our product specialist, Matt, initially provided us with a multitude of samples that helped immensely in making our final choices. His patience with all of our requests was so much appreciated. Great Crew

I had a gentlemen, Josh Zybtowski, come to my house as I had concerns with my roof with the high winds we had. Josh came over, hopped on my roof, inspected it, and was flat out honest with me and told my roof is completely fine. Took the time to explain some things with the roof and gutters. I had him look at my insulation in my attic, thinking I might need something done to it, but no same thing, he didn’t see anything wrong with it. As he was leaving had a quick question how to fix a piece of my siding, Josh took the time, showed me how to fix it while fixing it. Not sure how Paramount found this gentlemen, but I couldn’t be more pleased with this person. Truly great individual who cares about the customer and isn’t trying to sell you something you do not need. While I did not need anything at this time, I will be keeping Paramount in mind in the future and will be recommending people as well.

Dave here, owner of Ancon Wildlife Services. A customer of ours discovered that she still had bats in her attic after she had already had two of our competitors out which failed miserably at solving her bat problem. After completing her inspection I informed her that she was in need of a new roof and I did not want her to hire us to do the bat exclusion until she got a new roof (the tear off of the old roof would destroy the work we would do and I did not want her waste her money). I had been on a few jobs after Paramount had replaced customers' roofs and was impressed with the materials and craftsmanship that I had seen. I recommended she contact Paramount, she did and hired them. Upon returning to do the bat exclusion my lead technician who was a roofer for 20 years before Ancon Informed me that the job they did was nothing short of excellent. Anthony Kempen Just left our house. He was great! He took the time to tell us all the details of our job, what it consisted of and what it would take to do the it. He explained everything we asked him about patiently and with as much detail as we asked for. He was very knowledgeable. We have become pretty good at judging given that this was our 6th visit and estimate. Several others were also good but the real difference for us and our decision to let Paramount Roofing do our job was Anthony's approach. He took it all seriously and explained everything. Scott the project manager was very professional & excellent. Dan the roofing supervisor was very good. Justin a roofer was basically a tree monkey & was an excellent roofer. I have a very pitched roof & he was not afraid of climbing the roof. They all did an excellent job & I do like the completed project. I would highly recommend Paramount Roofing. Aiden & Payton were my original roofing people who worked on getting my roof approved by the insurance company. They were very good also. I am very satisfied with the results.

We had a rain leak in our kitchen from our roof. We called multiple companies and didn’t get much input until we contacted Paramount roofing. Seth and their team worked with our insurance and were able to replace our roof and helped get the interior repairs we needed done and covered. Seth, Scott, and Nick were kind, extremely helpful, and never got frustrated answering questions or going the extra mile to help out. The crew that came to replace our roof did an excellent job. They did their best to protect our landscaping and work quickly. We are very happy with the results and so grateful we got to work with Paramount roofing to help solve our home issues. The roof looks fantastic, and is beyond what I hoped for! I’d highly recommend them to anyone. In the midst of chaos, they were the guidance we needed.

this is an update for Paramount Roofing. I had made a review earlier and given them five stars for repair work they had done. The work was so well done that when we discovered our roof was no longer under warranty even after being on the home for only five years, because it is a new belt home, the shingles were failing miserably. We had seven leaks and shingles were not staying attached and had failed to adhere to each other allowing water to enter the home. The good news is, there were only a couple of leaks that we caught in time so there was no real damage, but this sent us looking for a company to do the roof. As usual, Paramount responded quickly and came out to give us an estimate on redoing the entire roof. We picked out a color and set up the dates for the install. Because I had been with Paramount before I got what I considered a very reasonable deal for the install. Our home is 2550 ft.² with many peaks and valleys, utilizing approximately 5000 ft.² of shingles. The price was very reasonable! The Service is beyond reproach. Jacqueline and Tracy were awesome and helping us get the dates and get project managers over to help with the project. Scott, the project manager shows up to look at the job over, verify materials and items needed that are extra and necessary to protect your landscaping. Scott’s oversight is very crucial to ensuring you get exactly what you wanted. The crew worked together like a well oil machine. I’m very impressed. Below are the photos.

Paramount Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew the flat roof over my addition was on it's way out. They were able to get someone out to look at my roof and get me a quote in a couple days. The quote was reasonable and they had a team out to me in about 2 weeks. The work crew got there first thing in the morning, a little bit after 7:30am. They knocked out the roof replacement, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, there was nothing left behind when they were done, which is a lot more than I can say for most home repair companies. They had someone follow up with me twice, and even had one of the installers call me when I had some questions about it afterwards. They also were not pushy with writing a check, and were willing to wait until I was happy with everything before then. If I need another roof for the main part of my house or garage, I'll definitely be giving them a call.

Very pleased with the entire process - our sales rep Justin was helpful, available, and honest, and the install team treated our home and neighborhood with respect. When any issues arose they were handled with professionalism and expediency. Would highly recommend.
