Needed to get my roof replaced because the shingles were dry and cracking. tar was dripping through the boards because the attic was so hot. Talked with Justin and he laid out a plan with me how to fix it and was available to call for any questions. Paramount sent out a team to do a winter inspection and even cleared off the snow on my roof to do it to make sure it was winter proof. As soon as it was warm enough they sent out a team and in one day they did the whole thing. Evan the project manager even came back a few days later to make sure I was happy and that all the nails were picked up around the yard. Evan and I inspected all the flashing and made sure it was done right and he explained the whole process and if a great job of walking me through it.

Sales offered a fair price for the roofing, gutters and insulation. A efficient crew and professional project management with comprehensive follow up. I would recommend them for your roofing project.

We needed a new roof and so after reading the reviews by others and after having them recommended to us by a friend we decided to give them a shot. From the initial phone call, to the free roof inspection and the install of our roof their staff was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the day of our install the crew arrived on time and had us finished up by the end of the day , the crew cleaned up after themselves and as well as our property . We are happy we decided to go with Paramount roofing and will and would recommend them in the future !

The Cadillac of Roofers!I heard of Paramount when the owner Eric was on "the inside outside guys" on the radio, and since our roof was 25 years old, I called for a quote.Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?"The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026!Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that OURS was done by Paramount to the utmost perfection. (Our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation).We had to wait until spring for the job, so we could gather our finances, and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed, which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. (Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol!)When the weather was scheduled to break in March, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work! Then she handed us off into the capable care of Evan B., Our fantastic project manager!The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in ONE day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work!Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They were also friendly, smiled and said hello when we encountered them. (FYI for the feminists, there was even a woman kicking butt up there on the roof, yeah!)Clean up was second to none! I have not seen one nail or one scrap of anything around the house! (And we looked, cuz our car tires have been nail magnets in the past!)Afterwards, I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be! Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards on the floor... I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there now!Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team! Literally everyone with whom we have interacted at Paramount has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Love the Paramount Team.We had 2 houses done now by them. One roof replacement and the other new siding and a roof repair.From first handshake to walk around after work was done… wow… knowledgeable, thorough, professional, clean, aftercare, communication… all top notch.We had cheaper quotes and more expensive quotes but what made us happy is that they are local, approachable and caring.You are not a check to Eric and his team, you become part of the Paramount family. Not everything is always perfect, our roof was done 2 weeks before Christmas and one of the roofers fell trough the roof… he was ok, the plywood was rotten, nothing could have prevented that. The crew cleaned, fixed, a painter came and pained the ceiling… all was good with the week. So yes, once Paramount- always Paramount.

Paramount Roofing exceeded all of our roofing expectations.We heard dripping above our front porch early February and noticed some indoor leaks on our ceilings. There are so many roofing companies out there and I made the call to Paramount based on the reviews. We have a large home with a, in my opinion, more complicated roof than say a standard two sided roof. I needed a company that could handle the intricacies and size of the roof.I called Paramount Roofing that same day and we had a quote in hands within 48 hours. This was the only quote that we received as the roof was actively leaking and the price came in lower than what we had anticipated. Based on the consultation with the sales rep Don, it was a no brainer to move forward.The timing of the project was originally planned for late March / early April but they pulled us ahead to February due to the leaking and worked around the weather. Our roof was on within 3 weeks of signing the contract.Our project manager Scott was incredible. He was very clear and timely with all communication and left no stones unturned. I felt that I could call / text Scott at anytime with any question and he would respond quickly. He was here multiple times throughout the day during the install.The install crew was amazing. They showed up at 7 am on a Friday and started work within 15 minutes of arriving. They protected our windows with plywood, tarps to protect our deck and gardens. Romero did the initial walk around with me to go over the details of the project. He also closed out the day asking if we had any questions or concerns. I was shocked that they got the whole roof done in one day. I was anticipating two days worth of work but these guys hustled. The work was flawless.The following day Scott came back out for a final clean up & inspection.I truly can't say enough great things about Paramount Roofing. It's the only roofing company that I've worked with and I am beyond impressed. They set a new bar for roofing companies. It started with the attention to detail and genuine interest of my sales guy Anthony, but every step of the way to completion and even follow up on my satisfaction of my new roof was professional and impressive. Best of all I love my new roof that looks so great! I will recommend them to anyone I ever meet needing a new roof.

We built a brand new home this year, and our whole roof was done with defective metal by our original framer. Tyler and his crew at Paramount Roofing came out and tore the defective metal off and replaced it all within two or 3 days. They even fixed some of our fascia that the original framer didn't fully secure. I HIGHLY recommend this crew. Friendly, quick, and willing to help when you need it!

we recently had our roof replaced by Paramount Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. Our home is in the Ann Arbor metro area and has a 5,000+ square foot roof, so this was a very significant investment for us. Because of that, we did extensive due diligence before choosing a contractor. Pricing was important, of course, but just as important was finding a company that truly understood roofing. Both the products and the installation process. We wanted to know who would actually be on our roof, what their experience level was, and whether the company was "genuinely local". One piece of advice I’d give other homeowners is to be very careful when companies claim they’re “local.” We found several companies that marketed themselves that way, but after digging deeper, we realized they were actually based several states away like Ohio and Tennessee, sometimes with nothing more than a small rented office locally in Michigan. That raised concerns for us about accountability, warranties, and what would happen if issues arose later. Saving a small percentage upfront isn’t worth it if something goes wrong on a roof that’s supposed to last 30+ years, we'll save gambling for Las Vegas, lol. Paramount Roofing folks showed up exactly when they said they would, had a project manager on-site, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Because of the size of our roof and the fact that the work was done in the fall, the project took just under two days, which was completely reasonable. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. Watching them work, it was obvious this was not their first large or complex roof. They worked like a well-coordinated team, stayed organized, and took pride in their work. They even added flashing and additional protection that we didn’t explicitly request, but which clearly improved the overall quality of the installation. At one point during the project, we needed to get our cars out of the driveway and garage. We let the team know, and they immediately stopped, cleared the area, swept for nails, and made sure it was safe for us to drive out without risking flat tires. As homeowners, we double-checked ourselves as well. There was one very minor issue unrelated to the roof installation itself. We communicated it to Paramount, and just as promised, they came back out and resolved it quickly. That responsiveness gave us a lot of confidence in their long-term reliability. The finished roof looks fantastic, and more importantly, everything underneath it is now far better protected. This was an expensive project for us, but we feel confident the roof will last for decades and that Paramount Roofing will be there if we ever need them. We now truly understand why they have so many five-star reviews. Hunter Wallace was wonderful to work with. We had Hail damage to our roof and Paramount and their representatives did a great job helping us navigate with our insurance company and replacing our shingles. They even were able to help out with additional repairs to the outside of our home.

I can't say enough about my experience with Paramount. This is the BEST experience I've ever had with a contractor(I'm 70). Our project was much larger than a usual roof replacement. We had our roof replaced, Insulation added, trim repaired, roof vents relocated, gutters replaced, roof valley and ridge enhancements fabricated and installed. The pricing from the salesman (Anthony Kempen) was precise. There were no high pressure sales techniques or "if you sign today" discounts to contend with. The project preplan was complete. The Scheduled installation date was accurate. When the crew arrived they were professional. The project manager (Scott Lake) was very detailed explaining exactly what was happening and in what order. He was available throughout the project to answer any questions we had throughout the day and gave us a briefing at the end of each day, explaining what was done and what to expect next. Every evening the yard was completely cleaned up leaving no trash behind. Once the project was complete, Scott returned to review everything that was done to confirm we were completely satisfied. We had two small things that needed attention and they were handled the next day to our complete satisfaction. I will highly recommend Paramount to anyone that is considering a new roof.

We are so happy with how our roof turned out! It's absolutely beautiful. Paramount worked very closely with us to deliver the roof in a very timely manner, and were great at communicating everything about the process. They materials they use are of great quality, even for the "mid grade" materials, which is what we chose. My wife and I recently bought our windows through and had them installed by Paramount. These guys knocked it out of the park! The windows are beautiful and a real energy saver. Their team was a dream to work with and the nicest people you could have doing the work. We ended up with 8 windows and they installed super fast. 10/10 would recommend. Had the pleasure of working with Aidan throughout the insurance claim process. Originally our claim was denied but Aidan helped us turn it around into a full roof approval, and now our new roof looks great thanks to the crews over at Paramount!

We had obtained several roof quotes, but none could perform all work required before winter. Wanted to include add attic insulation as well as roof deck replacement along with soffit ventilation. We had older roof with poor insulation. On Sunday Radio Home improvement, Eric of Paramount discussed their approach to do all these tasks during reroofing in the same day! After receiving two types of estimates including attic insulation then separate roof replacement. Costs were skyrocketing. Knowing decking replacement work unknown, We then set up Parmount Roofing visit to evaluate, Don Cleland Sales performed through attic/roof & deck evaluation. We included Owner Scope to include known issues; new skylight, ventilation, attic blown insulation, decking removal/replacement to allow easier adding of insulation baffles @trusses as well solid decking required. All roof & insulation done at same day! We required many decking sheets, we could then make decision to improve reroofing properly knowing soffit ventilation was the extra item included in our quote.
