Sales Rep-Justin was great. He was the only sales rep, of several companies, that actually crawled into the attic to inspect for any sort of leak and decking condition as part of sales process. PM-Scott went above and beyond expectations to address the final open items. The new roof was installed in November but due to the snow, they could not address a few minor items until spring. They did not want any money until all items were addressed and I was completely satisfied with everything. Highly recommended!

Wow! Love Paramount Roofing! They answered their phone immediately, not the usual leave the message and hope for a call back. Receptionist was knowledgeable and got me an emergency repair appt quickly. Then Dan came to my property on time and friendly and fixed the loose siding from the winds right away for us. Josh and the installation team at Paramont were professional, punctual and did a heck of a job from 1st contact all the way through project completion. Josh assisted in color selection and explained with clarity and detail the multiple options that were available. I have since referred Paramount to friends and neighbors.

Needed to get my roof replaced because the shingles were dry and cracking. tar was dripping through the boards because the attic was so hot. Talked with Justin and he laid out a plan with me how to fix it and was available to call for any questions. Paramount sent out a team to do a winter inspection and even cleared off the snow on my roof to do it to make sure it was winter proof. As soon as it was warm enough they sent out a team and in one day they did the whole thing. Evan the project manager even came back a few days later to make sure I was happy and that all the nails were picked up around the yard. Evan and I inspected all the flashing and made sure it was done right and he explained the whole process and if a great job of walking me through it.

We needed a new roof and so after reading the reviews by others and after having them recommended to us by a friend we decided to give them a shot. From the initial phone call, to the free roof inspection and the install of our roof their staff was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable on the day of our install the crew arrived on time and had us finished up by the end of the day , the crew cleaned up after themselves and as well as our property . We are happy we decided to go with Paramount roofing and will and would recommend them in the future !
