Professional Roofing & Home Exteriors Services in Detroit, MI

They did a great job!!!

Top-notch customer service and installation from start to finish!! Extremely happy we hired Paramount Roofing for our roof replacement project. Our home looks amazing, and we wouldn't trust it to anyone else!Beginning with our sales rep, Payton McCallum, we experienced amazing customer service as Payton helped us navigate the entire process, answering all our questions with no pressure or obligation. He took personal pride in his work and, in a very short time, we developed a family-like relationship, fully entrusting our home to him. The service he provided went way beyond the typical shingle replacement job. Noticing there may be an existing ventilation issue, Payton made arrangements for Mr. Mike Andrews of “Lomanco Vents Corporation” to conduct an on-site assessment. Payton and Mike conducted a thorough inspection and redesigned our ventilation, which involved additional roof and soffit vents along with a change in placement on our roof. As a result, the vents look amazing, and we have noticed a considerable difference in cooling on the inside, with decreased need for air conditioning and cooler ceiling temps. This is an example of how Payton and Paramount’s service goes well beyond the typical shingle replacement.Continuing with the amazing experience was “Nick” and his Five-Star installation crew! Within minutes of their arrival, they carefully removed all my patio furniture, plants, ornamental décor, and placed them safely away from the home, followed by laying down these massive tarps to protect my home and capture debris. They even placed down large sheets of plywood, as needed, to protect my soft turf and then got right to work. One thing that resonated with me was the comment that each of them made as I thanked them for the great job. That reply was “thanks for the work,” which really showed how much they appreciated their customer’s business. They were highly skilled, motivated, pleasant, and genuinely happy to be here working! Noteworthy mentions go out to Nick (Crew Leader), Dave (Foreman), Fred, Tom, and Arron, all of whom displayed a high level of competency and professionalism.Final comment…Paramount Roofing and their crew are the Best! Please check out the “before-and-after” pics. With great appreciation for the recognition Paramount showed for my Police and Military Service! Thanks,Joseph Haddad(Retired Police Sergeant and U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major)

Paramount worked closely with my insurance company to get a much covered as possible. The crew worked hard and did a great job, ensuring my yard was clean before they left.

The team at Paramount was fantastic to work with every step of the process! We were dealing with storm damage covered by insurance, so there were extra steps in the process necessary to get things right.Even though our house is a fairly good size, it was just over eight hours from the morning they showed up until our entire roof was done, the property was cleaned and cleared and they were buttoned up ready to leave! I’ve never seen a transformation like that happen so quickly! We even replaced three skylights the same day.Their communications during the project were great, and they have several ‘methods’ to do so which suits customers of all generations.I would absolutely recommend Paramount to anyone who needs a roof repair or replacement!

Hired paramount roofing to install a new roof and new gutters on our large detatched garage as well as our house. Our house is a colonial design and has numerous different roof pitches, dormers, valleys, and a lot of 12/12 pitch. We contacted them around march well before we were ready to have a roof put on. A few months later we called them back and scheduled an install date. They dropped off a very nice dumpster as well as materials a day or two in advance of the install date. Unfortunately due to terrible weather our install date had to be pushed. They came the very next available day that had safe weather for the workers to be on the roof in. They had both buildings completed in a single day and the dumpster picked up swiftly after the roofs were completed. The gutters were completed and installed within a week or two of the roof being done. I went on the roof to inspect the work and found a very minor problem with my fascia trim in a spot (the problem was more or less bad workmanship from when the house was originally built) as well as a small issue with the siding attachment in a valley with three different pitches coming together. The rest of the roof install appeared to have very good workmanship. Contacted paramount and they came back out to not only fix but to my surprise completely replace the fascia trim and then add additional attachments for the siding in the valley. The gutters turned out amazing, zero issues. The gutters were rerouted in spots and upsized from what I originally had and very happy with the workmanship. Existing problems with my original gutters were completely taken care of. I called them again to change two downspouts from rigid to folding in a spot (completely a preference thing) and once again they were more than willing to get it changed out, no additional charge. It is my belief that Paramount roofing is a company that will work with you and work hard to earn your business and not just take your money and run and this attitude is continued after the job is done. They seem to really care about your experience with them which goes a long way as a consumer. Even tho there were two minor issues I found with the roof install, Paramount handled it with no fuss and didn’t dismiss my concerns, in my opinion they fixed it above my expectations of a roofing company. This way of treating a customer along with their quality workmanship earns them 5 stars. Would recommend them for your new roof and gutters.

The project manager and crew were exceptional. They were prompt and responsive to delays that were incurred during the project.

Paramount Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with thecompany, and after using them myself, I can see why.The materials used were high quality, the crew was friendly and professional, and the job wascompleted on time and as promised. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after strippingthe old roof, making sure the area around our home was free of shingles, nails, and otherroofing debris. We were very pleased with the overall price and felt the value was excellent for the quality ofthe materials, workmanship, and service we received. The warranties on both the materials andworkmanship also gave us added confidence in the investment.Later in the summer, I called about a possible issue that I thought might be related to the roof.Paramount was very responsive, came out to inspect it, addressed my concern, and gave mepeace of mind. Our new roof looks great, and the entire experience was positive from beginning to end. I wouldabsolutely recommend Paramount Roofing for quality work, fair pricing, strong warrantycoverage, and a company that stands behind its work. S.Mildge - Holly MI

When I called for service they were very responsive and was able to get on their schedule quickly

If you’re looking into getting your roof replaced or if you’re going through an insurance claim due to damage Paramount Roofing is without a question the best option.I had a tree fall on my roof, the next day Bill came out to inspect the damage, collect the evidence, and was lock step with me and more importantly with the insurance company. He took a lot of the stress, effort, and confusion out of the process.Once it was time to complete the work, their operations team communicated well and completed the work in a professional, quality, and timely manner.

I can't say how pleased I am with my new roof. From start to finish, it was handled with professional and friendly people! The work crew took exceptional care to protect my landscape and when it was completed, you didn't even know that they were there. Except for a outstanding job on my house!
