Had some shingles pulled up on my roof during the storm surge this year. I needed an emergency repair fast because more storms where about to come. No other roofers were able to make it out until the next morning. Scott from Paramount however came in clutch despite the busy day understanding that we had more storms coming. He was able to make it out at 11pm and do the emergency patch work that was needed to keep the ran out. Scott shown he is committed to getting the job done even after a long day and in the middle of the night.

We had an ongoing mystery of a roof leak. Over the past 4 years many came out , and ‘fixed’ it. And yet it returned. Even had window replaced where we thought water was coming. Nothing worked!!. Finally called Paramount, who came out and were replacing vents and soffit around exterior , and asked them to look it over( note soffit replacement was excellent too).They worked on this leak issue I believe 3-4 times.Now what impressed us was when first time didn’t work, they promptly came back out and reexamined issue.. and still this leak stubbornly reappeared. So they pulled off siding,loosened window, replaced tape etc. seemed bound and determined to fix it.. and finally did.Keep in mind we had no less than 5 other people/companies over the course of 4 years, who couldn’t resolve this!!Are we happy? Absolutely. This was not any easy fix and they were responsive, considerate and seemed just as anxious as we were to get it fixed. The level of customer service far surpassed any we have experienced. Highly recommend them

We had an excellent experience with Paramount from start to finish. Jimmy came out to our house for the initial estimate, listened carefully to exactly what we wanted, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand and had some very specific things I was looking for, and he worked hard to make sure the estimate reflected exactly what we wanted. Just as importantly, there was absolutely no high-pressure sales approach, which was very refreshing compared with some of the other companies we talked to.The installation itself was equally impressive. This was a large project that included replacing all of the roof decking, installing baffles for improved attic ventilation, adding insulation, and installing the new roof. Completing everything in a single day was important to us, and other companies we talked to weren’t confident they could do it. Paramount brought a large, incredibly hard-working crew that worked for roughly 12 hours and completed the entire project that day. It never felt like they were rushing. The crew was organized, thorough, and clearly had a well-established process for managing a project of this size. They also did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were finished.We were also very impressed with the follow-through afterward. Evan, the project manager, came out and performed a very thorough final inspection. He climbed onto the roof to inspect the work himself, walked around the entire property, and made sure any remaining nails or debris were picked up. He took the time to address the final details and make sure we were completely satisfied.Scheduling was also excellent. We had other work being done on the house that needed to be completed before the roof, and Paramount was very flexible about working with our timeline and getting us scheduled quickly once that work was finished.Overall, we were extremely happy with the entire experience, from Jimmy and the initial sales and estimating process, through the installation itself, to Evan’s final inspection and follow-through. Paramount delivered on everything they promised, and we would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent experience! From the first meeting for a quote to the follow up after the job was done, excellent communication and keeping us informed every step of the day. Very thorough clean up after completing the job. Would highly, and happily, recommend Paramount Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company.
