From the start of Seth, coming out to look at our roof do to hail damage. Philip doing the walk-through before to be sure we had everything ready and what to expect and answer any questions to Nick and his crew coming in tearing off and replacing the roof. During tear off, they were Add a comment ver up, and put tarps around the house, immediately put everything in a dumpster did not leave it raying in my yard, looking for any nails and cleanup was spot on. Except for having a new roof, you would never know they were there. I have referred Paramount to several people already and they can't thank me enough for sending them a very reputable roofing company to work with.

We are very nappy with the whole Paramount experience. seth met with insurance adjustors to nelp diagnose need for a new roof. Lady's at the office were very helpful in processing insurance paperwork & assist in color selections. Our entire experience with Paramount Roofing was exceptional. We initially worked with Seth after we had damage to our roof from a storm. He came out quickly to assess the damage and made the process of dealing with the insurance company very easy. Seth kept me updated on the process and time-line of the job and was always quick to get back to me and answer our questions. aramount was incredibly efficient once the job was started. Paramount was the third roofing company we interviewed for our insurance roofing claim. They were highly responsive and fought for us to have our gutters and gazebo covered in the insurance claim that was initially denied. We had extensive hail damage from the May 19, 2024 storm. Paramount Roofing was diligent in providing added photo documentation so all damage was repaired. We worked with Seth, Nick and Tony who were stellar in providing great customer service. They came thru on all promises made. On the day of the repair; their crews were here at 715 am. Roughly a dozen roofers worked tirelessly and cohesively to complete the majority of our roof in 1 day. (3300 sq foot house). Lunch breaks were staggered, so other crew members could kept working. Great attention to property preparation was made, with great care exercised in the way old roofing was removed into a trailer lifted up to the roof. This process kept debri and nails confined. Anytime we came and left the property, or simply walked our dog, our presence was announced so no one would throw anything in our direction. The roofing crew was respectful throughout the process. Even the shingle delivery service driver (David) did a fabulous job of unloading the shingles onto our very high roof! Promises were made and promise were kept! When Nick says "we take pride in our work," they truly do! Nick even came back and placed foam in the very tiny openings to detour any critters from getting into the roof. That's over and above service! Tony, site supervisor was on hand through the entire process to be sure the crew had what they needed and that they worked efficiently even well into the dark when they continued working with headlamps. Clean up was immaculate. They rolled for nails a few times, a few days in a row. Dumpster drop off and pick up was very efficient!!! We had 10 star service from an absolutely reliable, professional, roofing company. Would highly recommend Paramount Roofing for your roofing project. Above and beyond service!
