Eric and his team did not disappoint. I had a tree fall on my house in late August. That night the tree was removed but I had large holes in the roof and the ceiling in our family room was open to the elements. After a call to Eric he had members of his team on site tarping my roof. My initial contact after Eric was Hunter. Hunter worked with my insurance company to identify the scope of the damage to my home. Hunter was very helpful in explaining the process to me and keeping my project moving through the process. Hunter responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had along the way. He was an excellent communicator and always returned my calls and answered my questions. Communication with the customer is an area that Paramount excels at. Tony also kept me informed about when work was going to be scheduled on my house. If there was a weather issue, he and Phil notified me with a rescheduled date. Phil did a walkthrough with me of the roofing work that they were going to do. Once the work was completed, Phil inspected all the work and addressed any of the minor concerns that I had. Phil was totally focused on insuring I was no less than delighted with the work that Paramount had completed. The entire Paramount team made me feel like I was their most important customer.
