Why I needed a roofer: I noticed a crack in my plaster ceiling. My roof is now 20 years old. How I found Paramount: A co-worker told me that Paramount did his roof very professionally in two days. His neighbor had used Paramount and had a great experience. Paramount sent out Dan, the repair technician. Dan arrived 5 minutes early (love it), went into my scary attic, and on my roof. Yes, I had a leak. He told me that he found an issue with how the shingles had been installed in a small area and he could fix it THEN. He charged me the minimum service call charge. He said that my roof was in good shape and I had a few years left. Dan spoke to me very professionally, showing me pictures on his camera, and explaining everything. Dan said I could have Paramount come out annually to do a free inspection. I sure will!

Our home is 3 years old and developed a leak on the front porch. We have a barrel roof and the builder put the wrong covering on it. Furthermore, water was running off the front of the roof during high wind and rain. Daniel Rogers came to our home and immediately knew what the problem was! A contract was drawn up and shortly after Daniel and Joe Libby showed up and spent the morning repairing the roof! They also put an eyebrow block that that is architecturally & aesthetically pleasing! My wife and I couldn't be happier about the quality. They even cleaned up after the job was done! Paramount also backs up their product! Any issues and I call Dan! When it comes time to replace the roof, they are top on my list!

I had some roof repairs done by Paramount in 2021 so when I had a new leak, I called them again. Dan came out and took a look at where the leak was and repaired it on the spot. He even let us know that the work was covered under the warranty from the 2021 repairs that were done.

Dan Rogers responded to my request for help to make a roof repair since we found water spots in the ceiling of our closed-in back porch. Dan made a thorough investigation of our roof and found that we do not have a shingle problem, but a chimney flashing problem that was causing water to run down under the shingles. He took photos of the problem and also took photos of the top of the chimney that showed critical damage. As a result we will be contacting a chimney repair firm to correct the damage.
